On March 15, 2021, Federal District Judge John Holcomb permanently dismissed Plaintiff’s allegations. Only the copyright claim remained. The case was amicably settled on December 20, 2021.

This dispute has been resolved by mutual agreement and to the mutual satisfaction of the parties.
